The Eventus Clinical Care Model is a purpose-built approach to post-acute and long-term care, one of the most complex and costly patient populations in U.S. healthcare. By combining multidisciplinary primary care and behavioral health clinicians with medication stewardship, 24/7 teletriage, and structured care coordination, it delivers proactive, continuous care in the setting where patients live. The results are measurable: short-stay functional improvement rose from 67.1% to 78.1% by Year 3, alongside gains in hospitalization, rehospitalization, medication burden, and chronic disease management.

Early Adoption of Innovative Ambient AI Scribe in Long-Term Care

Author: Jennie Byrne, MD, PhD

In 2023, Eventus WholeHealth became an early adopter of an ambient AI scribing platform, a step many healthcare organizations have been slow to take amid regulatory concerns and clinician skepticism. Serving medically vulnerable adults in assisted living facilities, long-term care homes, and skilled nursing facilities, EWH saw strong results within the first year: a 60% decrease in new patient documentation time, a 3% RAF increase from improved coding accuracy, and a 16% improvement in clinician burnout.

Decrease in Hospital Utilization [Coming Soon]

Author: Jennie Byrne, MD, PhD

Healthcare utilization has become an important area of research because the most expensive care traditionally happens in hospitals. A growing body of literature shows that avoidable hospital use is driving much of the rise in healthcare costs. This upcoming white paper will examine how integrated, on-site clinical care can reduce it.
